Jay Sultani is a Senior People Operations leader with a decade of experience building high-performing teams in both startup and large corporate environments. Jay has been on the cutting edge of People Ops strategies and  provides strategic insight and deep expertise to build capabilities in organizations, teams, and individuals; always centered on customer success.  

 

After a decade of leading HR and Talent Strategy, Jay is embarking on a new journey to connect high-growth companies with high-potential talent; bringing talent acquisition expertise combined with engaging and intuitive ability to assess talent and organizational needs to support strategic growth.  

 

Jay prides himself on his ability to develop meaningful and productive relationships with his stakeholders and deeply values authenticity and empathy.  Jay lives in the beautiful city of Los Angeles, married to Nila and father to two beautiful girls, Malibu and Summer.
